Program Enrollment
Enrollment in The LegalVA Hub certification program is subject to program fees, cohort availability, and completion of the application process. Joining the waitlist does not constitute enrollment or guarantee a place in any cohort.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including program materials, curriculum, branding, and content, is the property of The LegalVA Hub and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
Program Completion and Certification
Certification is awarded upon successful completion of all program requirements as determined by The LegalVA Hub. We reserve the right to withhold certification from participants who do not meet program standards.
Graduate Directory
Listing in the graduate directory is at the discretion of The LegalVA Hub. The Hub facilitates introductions but is not responsible for employment agreements or working relationships formed between attorneys and graduates.
Limitation of Liability
The LegalVA Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or programs.
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
