The role of a Legal Virtual Assistant

Legal Virtual Assistants provide administrative and operational support to licensed attorneys. They do not practice law or give legal advice. This applies even where a graduate holds a legal qualification in another jurisdiction. The supervising attorney remains responsible for the work.

Information about prior education, qualifications and work experience is provided by the graduate and reviewed by The LegalVA Hub.
