Frequently asked questions

Are applications currently open?

No. Cohort 3 applications closed on June 30, 2026, and Cohort 3 was the final cohort of 2026. The next cohort opens for applications in 2027. We are not collecting waitlist registrations. Details will be announced on this site and on LinkedIn.

Who is the program designed for?

People who want a professional career supporting US-based attorneys and law firms remotely. It suits those with some administrative or professional services background who are ready for a structured, assessment-based program.

Is it a self-paced course?

No. It is cohort-based with real deadlines and instructor-led structure. Passive participation does not result in certification.

What credential do graduates receive?

A Legal Virtual Assistant (LVA) Certification issued by The LegalVA Hub, confirming completion of the ten-week program and assessed practical competence in legal support workflows. Each credential has a unique certification ID.

How can an employer verify a credential?

Use the verification link on the graduate’s profile, or email hello@thelegalvahub.com.

Is the Hub accredited?

No. The Hub issues its own certification and does not currently hold governmental or third-party accreditation.

What if an enrolled student may miss a deadline?

Contact support@thelegalvahub.com as early as possible. There are no blanket extensions, but each situation is reviewed individually.
