Sarah Orina is a Certified Legal Virtual Assistant specialising in Personal Injury case management, supporting solo PI attorneys and small law firms in the US with the operational and administrative work that keeps cases moving.

She handles the full pre-litigation workflow,  client intake, medical record organisation, demand letter drafting, case file management, and deadline tracking so attorneys can focus on their clients and their cases rather than the administrative load behind them.

Sarah’s legal background and training in litigation workflows mean she understands the work at a level beyond standard administrative support. She brings precision, confidentiality, and a genuine understanding of what a PI practice needs to run well.

She works remotely with US-based attorneys and is available for both hourly and monthly retainer arrangements.
