THE PROGRAM
What is the Legal Virtual Assistant Certification Program?
It is a structured ten-week training program delivered by The LegalVA Hub. Participants complete practical assignments, case scenarios, and assessments designed around real legal workflows. The program is cohort-based, participants progress on a fixed schedule rather than at their own pace.
Who is the program designed for?
The program is intended for individuals who want to build a professional career supporting US-based attorneys and law firms remotely. It suits those with some administrative or professional services background who are ready to commit to a structured, assessment-based learning environment.
Is this a self-paced course?
No. The LegalVA Hub operates on a cohort model with real deadlines and instructor-led structure. Participants are expected to engage with each module, submit assignments, and meet program milestones on schedule. Passive participation does not result in certification.
What credential do graduates receive?
Graduates who meet all program requirements receive a Legal Virtual Assistant (LVA) Certification issued by The LegalVA Hub. The credential confirms completion of the ten-week cohort program and reflects assessed practical competence in legal support workflows.
FOR ATTORNEYS & LAW FIRMS
Can attorneys contact graduates directly?
No. Graduates listed in the directory may not be contacted directly through this platform. All introductions are facilitated by The LegalVA Hub to ensure a professional and structured process for both parties.
How does the introduction process work?
Attorneys submit an introduction request through the Hire an LVA page, describing their practice area and support needs. The LegalVA Hub reviews the request and facilitates an introduction to a suitable certified graduate. From that point, all working arrangements are discussed directly between the attorney and the graduate.
Are graduates available immediately?
Availability varies by graduate and is indicated on each profile. To inquire about a specific graduate or discuss your firm’s requirements, use the introduction request form at thelegalvahub.com/hire.
ENROLLED STUDENTS
Who should I contact for support during the program?
Enrolled students can reach the support team at support@thelegalvahub.com. This address is monitored during business hours, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
What happens if I miss a deadline during the program?
The program operates on a fixed schedule. If you are experiencing difficulties that may affect your ability to meet a deadline, contact the support team as early as possible. The institution does not offer blanket extensions, but each situation is reviewed on its individual circumstances.
REGISTRATION & ADMISSIONS
When does Cohort 3 registration open?
Cohort 3 registration will open soon, you can join our waitlist to be notified.
Does registering guarantee my place?
No. Submitting a registration does not guarantee admission. All applications are reviewed before placement is confirmed. The cohort has a fixed capacity, and The LegalVA Hub reserves the right to decline applications that do not meet eligibility criteria.
What is the program fee?
The program fee for Cohort 3 is $30. This is due upon confirmation of admission. Your place is not secured until payment is received and acknowledged by the institution.
How will I know if I have been admitted?
Confirmed applicants will receive written communication from The LegalVA Hub with their admission status, payment instructions, and cohort access information. Please check your email (including your spam folder) after submitting your registration.
CREDENTIALS & VERIFICATION
How can I verify a graduate's credential?
The LegalVA Hub maintains verification records for certified graduates. Each credential includes a unique certification ID. Third parties including employers and law firms may request verification by contacting hello@thelegalvahub.com or using the verification URL included in the graduate’s credential documentation.
Is The LegalVA Hub an accredited institution?
The LegalVA Hub is a professional training institution that issues its own certification upon successful program completion. It does not currently hold formal governmental or third-party accreditation. The credential reflects assessed practical competence within the program’s defined framework.
